We went to a friend’s surprise birthday party and some other good friends were there. I sat to talk with them and they mentioned that they went to our home group the night before thinking we would be there. They felt like they needed to talk to us about something but wasn’t sure what it was. So, in talking about what God is doing in our life I mentioned that we felt called to start a house church and our friend said, “who are you doing it with?” I wasn’t sure what she meant so I said “God”? (lol) Anyway, she then proceeds to tell me that they had also wanted to start a house church and had tried a couple years ago with another couple but it didn’t work out. We all were very excited and talked a lot about what we thought it should look like. I told them about a book that Tom got called “Jesus has left the building” and highly recommended it to them.

Anyway, I can totally see how God is putting this all together!! It is so exciting and wonderful to see God’s hand in these things. J
