I shared my dreams with BK and she responded with some serious concerns about where we are and what we are doing. She said she was afraid for us and the dreams are a warning for us to get back on track:

I want you to know that J and I love you and Tom. But honestly, I am very frightened for you. I know the Lord doesn’t give you a spirit of fear, but there are some very clear symbolic warnings here, like using your left hand (which is not right, right?), something wrong with your form, things not happening as you expect, trying to salvage things in your kitchen, earth movers and bulldozers plowing everything in sight, with only the building (you) left, and afterwards losing your peace and wondering where it all went. After prayer, your right ear pops, which indicates that you can finally hear rightly from the Lord, and things are no longer muffled. I only pray that it’s not too late.

She got some things in my dreams a bit mixed up but I know that she sincerely is concerned for us. Tom and I read her email together and prayed again to the Lord to let us know if there is any thing we need to listen to here and consider. She had mentioned that not paying our bills is wrong and that the Lord doesn’t “strip” us of anything… I am not sure if her focus is wrong but God will do whatever He needs to do to get our focus on Him and not the things around us. We decided to have dinner with them and tell them the whole story so she can see this from the beginning. My prayer is that she will see that it isn’t our disobedient, rebellious spirit but it is truly God leading us down this path.

(Insert 2022 - Linda - E was pregnant with our third grandbaby, "M". And just a quick reminder, our oldest is "W" and second is "A")

Still no baby yet!! E went to the Doctors yesterday and she is barely 1 centimeter dilated. She has at least a week to go. She may have the baby on W’s birthday!

Tom was talking with his mom yesterday when he called for his dad’s birthday and mentioned that I was working part-time from home now. She was surprised, of course, and started asking a bunch of questions. I was in the kitchen so he deferred it and said to talk with me about it. I have been feeling really convicted about not letting his family know what we are doing. Tom and I talked about it and decided to pray for discernment, timing and wisdom as to when we will talk with them about it. We have held off hoping that God will do something and then we can say it all with the good news to share with it. It is looking more and more like that may not happen "how and when" WE think it will happen. We both feel like we would like to fly out there to talk with them but that will have to be up to God to work that out. Lord please help us keep our eyes on you and not our circumstances.

Today’s Hope Journal was Revelations 1-4 when Jesus talks with John about the 7 churches. I noticed that he describes Himself differently to each church:

These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands:

These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again.

These are the words of him who has the sharp, double-edged sword.

These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze.

These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.

These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David.

These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation.

These are great descriptions and I am sure He could have gone on and on but ran out of churches! Lol!

Yes Lord, you are the First and the Last, who died and came to life again, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze, who is holy and true, who is faithful and the ruler of God’s creation! The Alpha and the Omega, the son of God who holds the key of David. Amen.
