This week has been really hard!! I had several meetings with my boss that I ended up crying in or walking away from very frustrated. I did decline the position and told him that I couldn’t handle what I had and that I needed to get a grip on that before I took on extra responsibilities… I also told him that I was waiting for God to say “go” and didn’t want to put him in an awkward position of having to replace me so soon after a promotion.
